We purchased everything from this local business, and 2 years later our bathroom is still modern and looks amazing.

Thanks to Bill Adams from Hot and Cold's new personal design service. We have a great design for our ensuite bathroom, including all measurements, and Bill helped us select our tiles and all of the hardware needed for the job. Very thorough and professional throughout. Mum needed to choose a new bathroom vanity. Bill helped make the decisions easy. Then went well beyond and helped with prices etc. for the rest of the bathroom. Great friendly people.

We used the bathroom design service provided by Hot and Cold Outlets. A terrific service to sort out details before we proceeded with the renovation. The designer is experienced and was able to guide us with practical ideas on how to achieve what we were after. Very please we used this service.

We engaged Bill at Hot n Cold to help us understand our bathroom and ensuite renovations and couldn't be happier with the results. Bill helped guide us through the renovation process, was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond, giving us detailed designs, parts lists, instructions and itemized prices. Everyone these was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to help us understand our needs and get what we wanted from it. Highly recommend them.

I have given a 5 Star Review because Curt, Shaun and Bill have gone above and beyond to help me out with my supplies for my house renovation a little while ago and also the supplies for my new bathroom. There attention to detail and their expertise is outstanding and I felt comfortable asking them lots of questions and getting advice on design and products. There was no issue in swapping things around due to a change of design and they were all more than happy to help out. Great work from a great business with great customer service and a positive attitude.

I sourced our entire bathroom products and kitchen mixer from Hot and Cold. The service and advice is exceptional and I found the prices to be better than anywhere else.
