a year ago I recently sourced tapwear, vanity and a shower screen here. Very helpful staff with a great range, competitive prices and very knowledgeable. I walked in once holding a hose for a washing machine and before I could even say a word Curt told me what it was I was looking for (I needed an adapter for a condenser dryer hose and washing machine hose to both attach to). Very impressed with his mind reading skills too!

5 months ago I have given a 5 Star Review because Curt, Shaun and Bill have gone above and beyond to help me out with my supplies for my house renovation a little while ago and also the supplies for my new bathroom. There attention to detail and their expertise is outstanding and I felt comfortable asking them lots of questions and getting advice on design and products. There was no issue in swapping things around due to a change of design and they were all more than happy to help out. Great work from a great business with great customer service and a positive attitude.

2 months ago How did I not find this the place earlier?! The week before Christmas I walked in to Hot & Cold at Engadine and told the showroom manager Bill, that I needed a Christmas miracle. I had procrastinated buying all the pc items for our full house renovation for months and now I was in trouble. I had a limited budget and an even more limited time frame as our builders was starting our job the first week of January. I really was asking for a miracle as many suppliers shut up shop until mid-January. At the insistence of our tile supplier I had come to Hot & Cold and was pleasantly surprised at their comprehensive showroom and list of suppliers espeically considering I call myself a local and had never set foot inside before. Within minutes I realised that I'd found the right place as Bill's knowledge and experience became evident. Not only did he help me to choose everything for 2.5 bathrooms and a laundry but he did so within my budget and liasied with his suppliers and my builder to ensure that every item was on site before the trades needed them. I was also grateful that Bill doubles as a bathroom designer with many years of experience so he was able to guide my choices as to avoid any layout and style faux pas as we updated our 40 year old bathrooms. The outstanding customer service continued with Curt the store's owner, as he happily refunded us a couple of items that we had to return with last minute changes that we made to our laundry. Very happy with our whole experience with Hot & Cold Outlet of Engadine and will do our best to make sure we spread the word around about this great family owned and run business.

2 months ago Curt & Bill were exceptional to deal with, they know their stuff and help the novice renovator go from concept to practical. Their products are good quality and reasonably priced, they get their orders right and delivered on time. Absolutely recommend Hot & Cold!
