I wish I had found Hot & Cold Outlet before looking elsewhere for our bathroom renovation products. Our builder recommended them so I made an appointment and had all items bought in one afternoon. Bill went through each item carefully and helped me select items based on his incredible wealth of knowledge. The prices were excellent and no doubt were cheaper than if I had bought the items from various shops. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Beautiful products but most importantly, we had the best service at Hot&Cold Outlet! After a first visit, I knew all the measurements and photos I should take in our toilets prior to coming back the same afternoon. At that point, we had great advice from the whole team, really looking for the best outcome for us. They even replicated our toilets by placing a toilet seat next to the vanity we had chosen to ensure there would be enough leg room, space to open it and that the waste water plumbing would work. Throughout the experience, we didn't feel we were pushed for a sale, they were just aiming for the best solution. The whole team is so knowledgeable and helpful!!! This is the kind of service you can never get at big hardware stores. We will definitely go back for other projects in the future!
We are doing a renovation on a house and have bought all the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms items from Hot and Cold Outlet. Everything has been priced very competitively and of great quality. Curt and his team are extremely knowledgeable and are always happy to spend as much time as it takes to answer any questions and give advice.We can't recommend them more and it has been a pleasure to deal with them.Murray and Shirley Stones.
How did I not find this the place earlier?!The week before Christmas I walked in to Hot & Cold at Engadine and told the showroom manager Bill, that I needed a Christmas miracle. I had procrastinated buying all the pc items for our full house renovation for months and now I was in trouble. I had a limited budget and an even more limited time frame as our builders was starting our job the first week of January. I really was asking for a miracle as many suppliers shut up shop until mid-January.At the insistence of our tile supplier I had come to Hot & Cold and was pleasantly surprised at their comprehensive showroom and list of suppliers espeically considering I call myself a local and had never set foot inside before.Within minutes I realised that I'd found the right place as Bill's knowledge and experience became evident. Not only did he help me to choose everything for 2.5 bathrooms and a laundry but he did so within my budget and liasied with his suppliers and my builder to ensure that every item was on site before the trades needed them. I was also grateful that Bill doubles as a bathroom designer with many years of experience so he was able to guide my choices as to avoid any layout and style faux pas as we updated our 40 year old bathrooms.The outstanding customer service continued with Curt the store's owner, as he happily refunded us a couple of items that we had to return with last minute changes that we made to our laundry.Very happy with our whole experience with Hot & Cold Outlet of Engadine and will do our best to make sure we spread the word around about this great family owned and run business.
